Road construction is currently progressing from Cattle Project Gate to Artach Village, covering a total distance of 6.8 km. The works include clearing, profiling, stockpiling, and gravelling, and are being carried out by the PWD Sanma FA Team.

This project fulfills a longstanding request from the community, marking a significant step toward improved infrastructure in the area. Team 2 is focusing on works in rural areas, while Sealing Team 1 is working on urban roads.

Once completed, this new road will enhance connectivity between communities and large farms, providing better access to Luganville and supporting local development.
